Overview

1 – Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 3 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition.

2 – Easho refund times vary by payment method: Refund amount may take up to 7 business days for credit/debit cards or bank accounts. The refund is processed after Easho receives your return.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
